The house is situated in a quiet location in Playa de las Américas – San Eugenio Alto. San Eugenio Alto is located above the beaches and the centre of Playa de las Américas at the southwest coast of Tenerife. From here you have the ideal starting point for Golf, Tennis and water sports activities. The different beaches in Las Américas and Los Cristianos are quick to get to. In the vicinity there are the famous and spectacular waterpark “SIAM-Park” and a smaller Aqua-Park.

Big holiday home with private solar heated pool in best residential area in Las Américas. In total the house consists of a spacious living room, big fully equipped kitchen, winter garden, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms spread over 2 floors.

On the upper floor there are the two double bedrooms and the main bathroom with bathtub.On the lower floor, with entrance to the pool area, there are living room, kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, oven, big fridge-freezer and microwave), the winter garden which can be used as dining room and the other bathroom with shower.

The pool which only belongs to this house is arranged on a spacious terrace with fantastic ocean view and view of Playa de las Américas.
