The villa is in the front row of the mansion district.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The south of Tenerife is known as the island\u00b4s best climatic zone. In addition to the mansion district located a little bit outside, the village consists of the tourist centre which builds the core. Playa Para\u00edso has a beach framed by flat rocks. Furthermore,there is a tennis court and the golf course Costa Adeje with 27 holes 4 km away. You can reach the little harbour &#8220;El Puertito&#8221; with sandy beach in about 2 minutes by car.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The villa is located on an 800 m\u00b2 property. It includes several furnished terraces with sun loungers, a 600 m\u00b2 garden, a round pool with outdoor shower and a built-in BBQ. Almost from the entire exteriors you can enjoy the extensive sea view.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The villa has 3 bedrooms with modern equipment and comfort mattresses. The bathroom contains bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer. Furthermore, there is a guest toilet. The light and modern furnished kitchen offers everything you desire: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer,microwave and coffee machine. Additionally, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are at your disposal.
