\non the west coast of Tenerife.
\nRight in the historic city center in the pedestrian zone you have approx. 50 square meters
\n(open living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom with shower).<\/p>\n

\nThe bed is 160x200cm. The bedroom has an open passage to the living room.
\nSofa bed in the living room (120x200cm).
\nThe kitchen is fully equipped – stove, fridge, microwave.
\nSmart TV and WiFi included (fiberglass cable).
\nWashing machine can be shared on request.
\nAn electric oven is available in winter and a fan in summer.<\/p>\n
The nearest beaches (Playa San Juan and Alcal\u00e1) are 15 minutes away by car,
\nhiking trails start right outside the front door and the new motorway is very
\nwell connected to easily reach all corners of the island.
\nGood bus connection.
\nTravel time from TFS Airport is approximately 25 minutes.
\nThere are supermarkets, caf\u00e9s, restaurants, banks
\nand a beautiful historic town center right here in town.<\/p>\n
