In the sunny south west of Tenerife,at about 5 km distanced from Playa de Las Americaslies the sea side resort “Playa Paraiso”.The place is ideal, because its located on the outskirtsbut only about 100 meters to the small town center.Playa Paraiso has a tiny little sand bayand a large sea water swimming pool. Next to it you find a diving school.Unfortunately there is, as seen in the pictures,an unfinished building next to the apartment complex.The shell itself is but shut down for years,so that this is only an optical flawbut there is no nuisance given by any construction activities like noise or dust.Therefor the building of this holiday flat is right on the seaand the super-kept pool area.This consists of a large adult swimming pooland a smaller children’s pool.So kids can swim without any other need to feel disturbed.Around the community pool are various sun loungers.In this complex much emphasis is placed on cleanliness,thus it is in a very good condition.The apartment is on the second floor. There is a lift available.The living area is 55 sqm spread over a living\/dining room,an American open kitchen,two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub,basin, toilet and bidet.Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are sufficiently available.There is also a balcony from which one can haveside sea view. From here you can seethe wonderful sunsets over the island of La Gomera.The living room has a sofa and a flat-screen TV with satellite antennafor the reception of major television and radio programs.The dining table is spaced for 4 people.The bedrooms are spacious, one with a double bedand the second bedroom with two single beds,which can be pushed together if required at any time.The wardrobes have almost ceiling height.The kitchen is bright and modern, equipped with ceramic hobs, oven,Microwave, fridge \/ freezer, coffee maker, toaster,Washing machine, iron and ironing board.Internet can be recharged and used by a wireless router.<\/p>\n
